I know what it’s like to feel silenced, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself.
I also know what it takes to rebuild—from the inside out. After surviving a 12 year abusive marriage, I started counseling a went back to school. I received my MA in Trauma Counseling and Crisis Intervention.
This work isn’t just what I do.
It’s what I’ve lived.
And now I help other women do the same—at their own pace, in their own way.
